Whatever the means used to make your request, it must state the right you wish to exercise and you must duly identify yourself by attaching a photocopy of your Spanish national identity document (Documento Nacional de Identidad) or a similar document that proves your identity.

Modification of the Privacy Policy

The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Shipping reserves the right to modify its privacy policy at any time, in line with applicable data protection law and subject to notification of data subjects. Language applicable to this privacy policy Spanish is the language applicable to this Privacy Policy. Any version in another language is provided for the user’s ease of reference and understanding. However, this Privacy Policy shall always be governed by its Spanish-language version.

In the case of contradiction between the Privacy Policy in any language and its Spanish-language version, the latter shall prevail.
