Graduate and Doctor of Law with an extraordinary award from the University of Navarra. Professor of Procedural Law since 1987 at the Universities of Alcalá de Henares and Navarra, where he was Dean and Director of its School of Legal Practice.
Author of twenty books on procedural, bankruptcy and arbitration issues. Researcher on topics of his specialty, with more than one hundred and fifty publications in scientific journals and six six-year research periods recognized by ANECA. He has supervised twenty-six doctoral theses
Speaker at various Congresses, national and foreign, and regular lecturer, in Spain and abroad, on topics of his specialty.
Member of the Editorial Board of Thomson-Reuter-Aranzadi and of the Board of Directors of various magazines on procedural, bankruptcy and arbitration law.
Practicing lawyer since 1976, preferably in the civil-commercial field, and arbitrator in various procedures. He is currently a member of the Academic Council of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
